What I appreciated most was his honesty: he didn't try to push me into an expensive Judicial Review straight away, but instead explained the costs transparently and suggested a more measured approach. My application actually got approved shortly after our chat, so I didn't end up needing to proceed with legal action, but I was extremely impressed by his integrity and expertise.
