The proceedings in relation to Charles Spiropoulos at the Southwark Crown Court have not at the time of writing concluded. We are aware of a report aired on Sky News and repeated by a number of other news agencies today in relation to these proceedings. It is not considered appropriate that any comment is made public on behalf of our client until the legal proceedings have reached a conclusion. A statement will therefore be released to the press at the conclusion of these proceedings, on behalf of Mr Spiropoulos.
